Chris Croson is a senior biopharmaceutical operations leader with over 30 years of experience spanning the development, manufacturing, and global supply of small molecules, biologics, and antibody-drug conjugates. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Product Supply at Immunome, where he oversees global manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Prior to joining Immunome in 2024, Chris spent seven years at Seagen, where he led both internal and external manufacturing teams and served as Site Head for the company’s Bothell, Washington facility. Earlier in his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Bristol Myers Squibb, ICOS, and Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
Chris has led the design and startup of cGMP manufacturing facilities, driven major capability expansions, and built high-performing teams from the ground up. He has contributed to five successful product approvals, including Seagen’s Padcev®, Tivdak®, and Tukysa®.
