Antitrust Policy
Advisory Boards, which by their very nature involve interaction among competitors, can be subject to close antitrust scrutiny and therefore must be careful to keep their activities within the prescribed bounds both in appearance and in actual fact. CAB members and participants of Board functions, meetings or events must remember that as actual or potential market competitors, they remain subject to antitrust laws.
Membership Charter
The Charter outlines the general principles of the PPS Client Advisory Board as well as its goals, scope, and objectives. It defines the requirements for membership, service term, the expected commitment, member’s responsibilities, and meeting protocols. Prospective new members are encouraged to review the Charter before agreeing to participate on the Board; current members may want to review it prior to meetings.
