The creation of this Client Advisory Board (CAB) represents a significant achievement in the evolution of Piramal Pharma Solutions. The CAB is evidence of our willingness to look beyond the internal focus that is common among large organizations, as well as a demonstration of the value we place in your expertise and opinion. We are eager to hear from you and learn how we can become a better partner. But keep in mind that the CAB is a two-way street, with value going in both directions. In addition to providing us with strategic guidance, our client members will be presented with insightful, useful content from both industry thought leaders and experts outside the life sciences.
The CAB is a clear indicator of how we are combining the inherent benefits of Customer Centricity with the altruistic aspects of Patient Centricity. We believe that these two philosophies are intertwined and that in order to fully address the needs of our customers, we must be committed to addressing the needs of patients.
The stated goal of the CAB is to assist with the strategic planning, long-term performance, and future direction of Piramal Pharma Solutions by gathering input from you: a select group of important clients whose opinions and perspectives we greatly value.
