With over two decades of experience in procurement and supply chain management, Elke Geysen has established herself as a seasoned professional in the field. Her journey began in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, where she worked for companies such as AB InBev and Campbell’s. She spent a decade in the FMCG industry before transitioning to the pharmaceutical sector. After working for nine years at Zoetis, in August 2023, Elke embarked on a new chapter by joining Grünenthal as SVP Head of Procurement & External Supply Operations. In her current role, she oversees the management of relationships with all third-party vendors, ensuring the best balance of cost, quality, service, and sustainability levels. She is dedicated to contributing to a world free of pain through her work.

Elke is armed with a master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from the Catholic University in Leuven, Belgium.
