As Chief Operating Officer of Piramal Pharma Solutions, Herve Berdou leads the company’s Operations across a worldwide network of drug substance and drug product facilities. His responsibilities include global R&D, Engineering, EHS, Project Management, Supply Chain, IT, Corporate Projects, and Established Products. Working in close collaboration with the commercial organization, Herve and his teams are building strong, successful customer relationships.
Herve has achieved a respected position in the industry spanning global Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations at pharmaceutical innovator companies, CDMOs, and the Generics businesses. Over the course of his career, he has worked and lived in Europe, the Middle East, and in the United States. Piramal Pharma Solutions is extremely pleased to have Herve in a leadership position on the team, since his passion for customer and patient centricity, lean operations, a strong quality mindset, and inclusion are contagious to all. Prior to joining Piramal Pharma Solutions, Herve worked at Lonza as the VP for Global Operations and Proposals Cell and Gene Technologies. He previously worked at Novartis and AstraZeneca-Medimmune.
