Sheng Cui serves as NewAmsterdam Pharma’s Chief Manufacturing Officer, responsible for all CMC development, manufacture, and supply deliverables since April 2021. Previously, he was Vice President of CMC at Boston Pharmaceuticals, managing phase-appropriate development strategy and execution for a diversified portfolio. Before that, Dr. Cui served as a Scientific Director in the process development organization at Amgen, where he took on roles of increasing responsibility spanning the life cycle from preclinical to commercialization.
Dr. Cui received his postdoctoral training at Harvard University, Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Case Western Reserve University, and a BS in chemistry from Nankai University.
